Looking for some quiet time this Saturday? Come join us at the West Valley Center for Spiritual Living from 6:30pm to 7:30pm for a special evening. Well, in spiritual terms, 'OM' is a sacred sound that is known to bring peace, balance, and connection to your mind and spirit.

During this hour, you don't need to do anything else. Just sit or stand comfortably, close your eyes, and repeat the word 'OM' with the group. As we chant together, you might find yourself feeling calmer and more focused.
